This Privacy Policy explains how Broiler Farm Manager collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the application and related cloud services.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, Broiler Farm Manager may process:
- Email address and Firebase user identifier used for authentication
- User name, farm name, and farm address
- Profile image, if you choose to add one
- Poultry house and flock information
- Daily production records including bird numbers, weight, feed consumption, water consumption, mortality, culling, temperature, humidity, and CO2
- Feed and storage information
- Medicines, treatments, vaccinations, and disinfection records
- Sales and production history
- Custom production and weight standards
- Location information when you use a feature requiring location access and grant the required permission
- Subscription and trial status necessary to determine access to application features
Broiler Farm Manager does not directly collect or store full payment card details.
2. How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
- Authenticate users and provide access to their accounts
- Provide farm and poultry production management functions
- Save, synchronize, back up, and restore application data
- Synchronize supported data between the mobile application and web services
- Generate reports, statistics, and production analysis
- Determine trial and subscription access
- Diagnose technical problems and improve application reliability
- Protect the service from misuse, unauthorized access, and security issues
3. Local and Cloud Data Storage
Application data may be stored locally on the user's device using an internal application database.
When cloud backup or synchronization features are used, selected application data may also be securely transmitted to the Broiler Farm Manager backend server and stored in a server database.
Firebase Authentication provided by Google is used for account authentication.
Data transmitted between the application and supported server services is transmitted using HTTPS encrypted connections.
4. Third-Party Services
Broiler Farm Manager may use third-party services necessary to operate the application, including:
- Google Firebase for authentication
- Cloud hosting and database providers for backend services, synchronization, and backups
- Google Play for application distribution, purchases, and subscription management
These service providers may process limited information required to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Broiler Farm Manager does not sell personal information to advertisers.
5. Application Permissions
Depending on the features used, the application may request permission for:
- Internet access
- Location
- Camera or photo access
- Notifications
Optional permissions are used only for the related application function. Permissions can be changed through Android system settings.
6. Free Trial
New users may receive a 14-day free trial providing access to premium application functionality.
The trial period is calculated from the account creation date.
Broiler Farm Manager may send notifications before the trial period ends.
The trial itself does not automatically charge the user unless a paid subscription is separately activated through Google Play.
After the trial period:
- One poultry house may remain available under the Free plan
- Managing 2–4 poultry houses requires the Standard plan
- Managing 5 or more poultry houses requires the Pro plan
Existing production data is not automatically deleted when the trial period expires.
7. Paid Subscriptions
Broiler Farm Manager may offer paid subscription plans providing additional capacity and features.
Current prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal conditions, and available offers are displayed in Google Play before purchase.
Prices may vary depending on country, currency, taxes, or Google Play pricing.
Payments are processed by Google Play. Broiler Farm Manager does not directly receive or store full payment card details.
The application may receive information about purchase and subscription status from Google Play in order to determine whether paid access is active.
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through the user's Google Play account according to Google Play policies.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Local application data remains on the user's device until it is deleted by the user, removed through application functionality, application data is cleared, or the application is uninstalled, subject to Android behavior.
Cloud data may be retained while the user's account or related cloud service is active and for a limited additional period where necessary for backups, security, legal obligations, or technical recovery.

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law or where necessary to protect the service from fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
9. Data Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored and transmitted information, including authenticated access and encrypted network connections.
However, no method of electronic storage or Internet transmission can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your country and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information.
You may contact us regarding questions about how your information is processed.
11. International Data Processing
Some service providers may process information in countries other than the country where the user lives.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used for such processing.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when application functionality, cloud infrastructure, subscription functionality, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will display a revised last updated date.
